To finish the Nightmare-Bound anomaly commission, you’ll need to investigate a spooky, unmapped hospital while evading a monster. Remember to gather the clues marked with NTE. You’ll begin this side quest by talking to a specific patient inside the hospital.

Nightmare-Bound Anomaly Commission In NTE

To start the Nightmare-Bound anomaly quest in NTE, first find the ReroRero Phone Booth on Davidia Avenue in Illusion Town. Then, walk over to the Hethereau Municipal Hospital, which is located right beside the teleport point.

The entrance is right across from the Phone Booth.

Keep walking straight, and turn right on the door that has stairs.

To begin the Nightmare-Bound anomaly quest, talk to the man in the corner. You’ll need to collect three Anomaly Disorder clues to finish it.

In the first room, approach the desk and take the Anomaly Disorder clue.

Exit the room and go out to the corridor.

Ignore all the doors and proceed to the right.

You’ll find yourself in a spacious room with vending machines and a large, curved desk. Go to the desk and take the Keychain: 1F.

From your location, jump over the desk and go to the upper-left corner of the room.

Unlock the door there and head inside.

Interact with the computer and get the second Anomaly Disorder clue.

Exit the big room through the same door and walk through the corridor.

While walking forward, open the door to the right, which’s next to a square window.

We’ve discovered a third clue related to the Anomaly Disorder, but it’s best to ignore it. Taking this clue will attract the monster. You can find a different clue and finish the quest without causing trouble.

Instead, walk out the door to the left and go right to enter a surgery room.

Run through the corridor again all the way until the end.

Turn left and open the door.

Get the fourth Anomaly Disorder clue.

Go out the nearby door and straight into the room on the other side. You’ll find the doorway blocked, and there are lockers close by.

Open the locker and take the Spare Key: 1F.

Destroy the obstacles and head out to the corridor. Open the stairwell door with a red Exit on top.

Proceed forward to the big room and enter the door behind the desk.

Place all three clues inside the three cameras in any order.

Once the cutscene finishes, you’ll reach the first ending at the Nameless Hospital – this is the standard conclusion. This also finishes the Nightmare-Bound anomaly commission in NTE. You can stop playing after this, or talk to the patient one more time to unlock the other endings.
