As a devoted fan, I’d love to share some insights about Ninja Gaiden 2 Black that might help other players enhance their gaming experience. In this thrilling adventure, we have these extraordinary magic attacks known as Ninpo Abilities. They serve as a boost to the basic combat skills of each character, and initially, Ryu only has one. However, he can unlock additional three throughout the game.
To upgrade these abilities, Ryu needs a valuable resource hidden within Ninja Gaiden 2 Black – the Jewel of the Demon Seal. This rare material is tucked away in various chests scattered across the game. In this guide, we’ll help you locate all eight Jewels of the Demon Seal in Ninja Gaiden 2 Black.
All Jewel of the Demon Seal Locations in Ninja Gaiden 2 Black
In the Chapter 3: Thunderclap of Catastrophe within Ninja Gaiden 2 Black, you’ll discover the initial piece of the Demon Seal.
Jewel of the Demon Seal 1:
In the game NG2B, the first gem of the Demon Seal is discovered directly following your descent into the sewer district during Chapter 3:Thunderclap of Catastrophe. A quick scene unfolds showcasing a colossal monster erupting from beneath the city, leaving a gaping hole in the street for Ryu to fall through. Upon landing in the sewer, you’ll come across a safe spot where you can save your progress at the opening of a corridor.
Walk along the corridor, then take a right turn. You’ll spot a deceased individual at the foot of a ladder that has bright, flashing red lights. Take a closer look at the body to retrieve the initial Jewel of the Demon Seal.
Jewel of the Demon Seal 2:
In Chapter 4: A Captive Goddess, you’ll find the second piece of the Demon Seal, not far from the second save point following your exit from the subway area. After ascending a ladder that brings you to a freeway, you’ll stumble upon the second Jewel of the Demon Seal on a deceased body located nearby.
Jewel of the Demon Seal 3:
In Chapter 6: The Aqua Capital, around two-thirds into the chapter, you’ll stumble upon an outdoor courtyard shrouded in fog and surrounded by various structures. Following a fight with the enemies, leap into a fountain, and then proceed through a large opening that leads to a long corridor. This lengthy hallway will take you to the Wine Cellar area. At the beginning of this hall, there’s a chamber on the left that houses a Muramasa Shop, while a chest with the Third Jewel of the Demon Seal is located in a chamber on the right.
Jewel of the Demon Seal 4:
In my gaming adventure, stumbling upon the fourth gem of the Demonic Seal happens early within Chapter 7: The Lycanthropes’ Castle. Having just escaped the subterranean cave and hitting the first checkpoint, I find myself navigating a tiny dirt passageway. This narrow corridor is swarming with small, bug-like adversaries and a lifeless body. After swiftly defeating the pests, I inspect the corpse to gather the elusive Jewel of the Demon Seal 4.
Jewel of the Demon Seal 5:

In Chapter 9: The Flying Fortress Daedalus, the fifth part of the Demon Seal is hidden. You’ll discover it right at the beginning of the chapter. Upon arriving on the gigantic airship’s exterior platform, a helicopter will take out the gun turrets first, but then it will be hit and forced to land. Following this event, you can proceed to explore inside the aircraft.

In the first hanger, you’ll come across Muramasa Shop 1, situated against the wall. To the right of this shop, there’s a sliding door. Go through it and confront the ninjas scattered throughout the hallways. At the end of the hallway on your right side, you’ll find the chest that holds the Jewel of the Demon Seal 5.
Jewel of the Demon Seal 6:
In Chapter 10: Submit or Perish!, you’ll discover the Jewel from the Demon Seal 6 in the train station vicinity. The train itself is where it resides. Once you’ve defeated all foes on the platform, board the train. Upon entering, go to the compartment to your right. You’ll spot Crystal Skull 20 at one end of this compartment. Proceed to the room opposite, interact with the deceased body near the beads, and there you shall find the jewel.
Jewel of the Demon Seal 7:

In the middle of Chapter 12: Heart of Darkness, you’ll stumble upon the Jewel of the Demon Seal 7. Following the third save point, delve into the underground region. You’ll encounter your second combat situation in a large pond teeming with gigantic demon koi fish. Once you traverse this pond and position yourself on the ramp where arm-cannon demons previously stood, you’ll have a vantage point to spot a chest nestled within a small tree cavity hidden behind it. Inside this chest lies your sought-after jewel.
Jewel of the Demon Seal 8:

Inside a vast underground chamber inhabited by winged demons, you’ll find the last piece of the Demon Seal. Once you pass the second safe checkpoint in your journey, keep following the primary route until a cinematic sequence starts, signaling the entrance to the cavern is near.
In this version, I tried to maintain the original meaning while making it more conversational and descriptive, providing a clearer picture of the environment and the steps to follow.

Follow the path by descending the grand staircase, proceeding past the gate at its foot. Beyond that gate lies something resembling a huge stone pressure pad on the ground. Perform a leap followed by a strong strike to drive your Dragon Sword into it, which will trigger the activation of the button.

As a gamer, I’ll tell you this: Pressing the button will trigger a gigantic chest to roll off the cliff edge, complete with a sturdy web for me to traverse. Stepping out onto that web, I can then plunder a deceased foe to obtain the “Jewel of the Demon Seal 8”.
