The Nintendo Direct event, as per the social media announcement, will showcase approximately 30 minutes of future games designed for the Nintendo Switch. However, you should note that there won’t be any information about the Nintendo Switch 2 during this event.
The company plans to maintain secrecy about it all until their Direct event on April 2, for the new console.
Regarding the anticipated games, there’s some speculation about the status of Metroid Prime 4: Beyond. A recent report suggests that it won’t be featured in the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2 event. This has sparked curiosity among fans as to whether it might appear in the current-gen Direct or be delayed until a future date.
