Players of the game No Man’s Sky have been building a stunning replica of the Republic Venator starship from Star Wars. The Star Wars universe has so many iconic ships, it’s a perfect source of inspiration for creative builds within the game.
Wow, No Man’s Sky has come so far! When it first came out in 2016, it didn’t quite live up to the hype, but Hello Games really listened to us players. They’ve been pumping out free updates for years, adding everything we’ve been asking for. Seriously, they turned things around! It even won Best Ongoing Game at The Game Awards in 2025 – beating out giants like Fortnite and Final Fantasy 14, which was amazing to see. Because of all that support, people are still playing nearly ten years later – I check Steam regularly and there’s always a good number of us out there. They even released a version for the Switch 2 last summer! It’s awesome to see everyone still discovering new things and sharing their creations across all the different platforms.
Republic Venator From Star Wars Looks Like It Belongs in No Man’s Sky
I was absolutely blown away by something I saw on Reddit recently! This builder, Mrpablito2334, created a full-scale replica of the Republic Venator from Star Wars in No Man’s Sky! For those who don’t know, these ships were huge warships from the Clone Wars – you saw them all the time in those epic space battles. They were seriously intimidating and often had Jedi leading the attack. What’s incredible is how perfectly this No Man’s Sky build captures the ship’s look, both the shape and the colors. And it’s not just the outside – the interior is finished too! Mrpablito2334 even collaborated with other talented builders – indigohazeee, ThePrecisionTechnician, and Darth Klapen – to create things like the observation deck and other rooms inside the Venator. It’s just an amazing build!
It’s no surprise that the No Man’s Sky community is thrilled with this player-created Republic Venator ship. The Reddit post showcasing it has already received over 1,900 upvotes, and fans are praising its details. Many commenters specifically highlighted the realistic engines and polished interior. Players are also impressed by the sheer size of the build, which required some clever use of game glitches to complete. Luckily, it’s available for download! You can find a link to the Kuat Drive Yards Discord server – where you can download this ship and others – in a comment from Mrpablito2334.
No Man’s Sky Players Are Building All Sorts of Things in the Game
In the vast, ever-changing universe of No Man’s Sky, many players enjoy building custom ships and bases. Since the game added base-building features, players have shared their creations online, particularly on Reddit. They’ve also found clever ways to push the limits of building, like this incredibly detailed, full-scale replica of a Republic Venator starship. Alongside that impressive build, players have recently created a huge Cyberpunk-style city and even a racetrack for starships within the game.

It will be interesting to see what players create in the coming weeks. Importantly, Hello Games continues to update and improve the game. Last year brought several major additions, like the Voyagers update, which allows players to design their own Corvette-class starships in No Man’s Sky.
So, 2026 is here, and the developers are already dropping hints about what’s next! Sean Murray posted a safety vest emoji online, which has everyone wondering if a new update is on the way. Honestly, who knows what it means? But until we find out, I’m sure we’ll all keep building crazy stuff in the game anyway!
