Happy Saturday! Let’s get you the solutions to today’s NYT Connections puzzle. It’s a bit challenging, but the hints below will help you solve it quickly so you can enjoy the rest of your weekend.

Read on to check out today’s NYT Connections hints.

What is NYT Connections?

Before I share today’s hints for NYT Connections, I want to quickly give some background information.

NYT Connections launched in June 2023 as the newest addition to the New York Times’ collection of games. It quickly became popular, and for good reason. Being a free and easily available New York Times game, it’s accessible to players around the world on both computers and mobile devices.

NYT Connections is a great way to pass the time, like when you’re commuting or waiting for your coffee.

But how do you play NYT Connections?

It’s relatively simple, and that’s why it’s the best New York Times game, in my opinion.

Each day, the New York Times Connections game gives you a grid with 16 words. Your job is to sort these words into four groups of four, based on what they have in common. There’s only one correct solution to each puzzle, and some words can be misleading, making it a bit challenging to solve.

As a fan, I really appreciate how they’ve color-coded the words! They’re yellow, blue, green, and purple, and it’s super helpful because that order actually shows how hard they are – yellow being the easiest and purple being the toughest. It makes learning so much easier to see it laid out like that!

The important thing to remember is you only get four tries each day. Once you’ve used those four guesses, you won’t be able to solve today’s NYT Connections puzzle – the game will be over.
