Happy Monday! It’s mid-November, and the holiday season is quickly approaching with Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Black Friday all just around the corner. Things are hectic, but let’s take a moment to relax and solve today’s NYT Connections puzzle.
Below, I’ve got the NYT Connections hints and solutions you need to start your week on a high.
What is NYT Connections?
I should probably give a little background information before sharing today’s hints for the NYT Connections game.
NYT Connections launched in June 2023 as the newest addition to the New York Times’ collection of games. It quickly became popular, and for good reason! This free game is easy to access for anyone around the world, whether they’re using a computer or the mobile app.
NYT Connections is a great way to pass the time, whether you’re commuting or waiting for something like coffee.
But how do you play NYT Connections?

It’s relatively simple, and that’s why it’s the best New York Times game, in my opinion.
Each day, the New York Times Connections game gives you a set of 16 words. Your job is to organize them into four groups of four, based on what they have in common. There’s only one correct solution to each puzzle, and some words can be misleading, making it a bit challenging.
The words are also color-coded to show how challenging they are: yellow is the easiest, followed by blue, then green, and finally purple, which is the most difficult.
It’s important to remember you only get four attempts each day. Use them all, and you won’t be able to solve today’s NYT Connections puzzle – the game will be over.
