PlayStation 5 players have a lot to look forward to next month, especially on October 10th and 21st. Sony’s PlayStation 5 has become a hugely popular gaming console, mainly because of its fantastic selection of games. The PS5 regularly gets new releases, so there’s always something fresh to experience.
It’s a busy time for gaming as we head into fall, and the PS5 is getting a lot of exciting new games. Ghost of Yotei is out now on PS5, and it’s the biggest exclusive title for the console this fall 2025. Plus, the highly-rated indie game Hollow Knight: Silksong was released just last month. We can expect even more new PS5 games soon, with many launching before the year ends. Usually, these releases are spaced out, but October 10th and 21st will be particularly packed with new titles.
October 10th is set to be a very exciting day for PlayStation 5 owners. The biggest release is Battlefield 6, the new first-person shooter from EA. It delivers the explosive multiplayer battles the series is known for, and also includes a single-player story mode. Another key game launching that day is Little Nightmares 3, which builds on the Little Nightmares universe and now lets you play with a friend online in co-op.

Dreams of Another, Little Nightmares: Enhanced Edition, PixelJunk Eden 2, Snoopy & The Great Mystery Club, and Ys vs. Trails in the Sky: Alternative Saga are *also* all coming out that day. While these titles might not be as well-known, it’s still a pretty exciting lineup of games.
There are plenty more PS5 games coming in October, and October 21st is set to be a particularly exciting day. On that date, PS5 players can enjoy Jurassic World Evolution 3, Ninja Gaiden 4, a reimagining of Painkiller, and Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2.
