One Piece is a very lengthy series that has been running for 28 years and continues to captivate audiences. While following the story each week is fantastic, frequent pauses can be frustrating for devoted fans, particularly during a thrilling arc like the God Valley Incident, which introduces iconic characters and finally answers some big questions.

After a brief return from a break, the One Piece manga will be taking another pause following the release of chapter 1162. Unfortunately, there won’t be a new chapter on October 19th, and fans will have to wait until October 26, 2025 – two weeks after chapter 1162 – for the series to continue.

Honestly, everything happening in the Elbaf arc of the manga is just amazing! Each new chapter has been so good, but it’s been a little frustrating waiting because Oda-sensei has been taking more breaks than usual. Last week’s break really worried us all with the news about his health, but thankfully, the next one is just his regular break after working on a few chapters – it’s part of his usual schedule!

One Piece recently returned with chapter 1162 after a short break, but has since gone on break again. This means a new chapter won’t be released on October 19, 2025. While fans might be disappointed, this break is understandable considering the challenges the author, Oda, has been facing. Chapter 1163 will be available to read the following week.
