- Elbaf arc reveals massive lore showing the era of the first Nika and the destruction of the world.
The Elbaf arc in “One Piece” could be the series’ most densely packed with lore after the timeskip, and it appears that with each new chapter, Oda unveils even more intriguing insights into One Piece world’s shadowy past. This is particularly significant now given that we are in the Final Saga, where Oda will likely delve deepest into the greatest mysteries of the series.
In this installment, the unfolding events will be nothing short of astounding, and they’ll propel the story forward in a breathtaking fashion. Similar to how Oda has been gradually unveiling significant backstory through Franky and Ripley during their journey across the Adam Tree, it appears he’s done so yet again with One Piece chapter 1144. However, this time, Oda has definitively disclosed the epoch of the first Nika.
The Three Sun Gods Of The World
- The Sun God Nika Existed Long Ago In The First World
- Joy Boy And Luffy Use The Sun God’s Power
In the world of One Piece, it was uncertain whether the ancient deity known as the Sun God Nika truly existed until the land of Elbaf. While some believed that the Sun God Nika was just a myth, others had unwavering faith in this divine figure. However, through the story told by Nico Robin in the One Piece manga, it became clear to fans that the Sun God Nika was indeed a real entity from times long past, confirmed by the Harley.
Our world was destroyed twice in the past. — Jarul
As Harley explains, the realm of One Piece has faced destruction no less than twice, making a grand total of three worlds. The first world witnessed the unearthing of the Motherflame, which unfortunately led to the institution of slavery. This world was technologically advanced yet ruthless. The enslaved yearned for liberation, and that’s when Sun God Nika graced their world with his presence. Tragically, the Earth God and the Servant of Hellfire combined their powers and annihilated the entire first world.
Oda Reveals When The First Sun God Nika Was Active
One Piece Chapter 1144 Confirm A 3000 Year Old Era
In One Piece’s 1144th chapter, readers joined Franky and Ripley on their latest adventure, where Oda continued to unveil rich history through them. At the start of the chapter, Franky and Ripley stumbled upon the remnants of an ancient Iron Giant, and it appeared a structure had been constructed within it. This revelation came as a huge surprise to Franky, even more so because Ripley herself admitted that they were unaware of the facility’s true origins.
Based on my observations, this facility has got to be at least 3000 years old! — Vegapunk
Here, Vegapunk Lilith arrives, expressing her admiration for the building’s intricate design. However, what stands out most is that Lilith claims, based on her research, this structure is approximately 3000 years old. This combined with the presence of the Iron Giant here suggests that the First World was in existence around 3000 years ago. At that time, the Sun God Nika was born. Much like Luffy and Joy Boy, Nika possessed his own robot, which eventually transformed into this structure over time.
As a dedicated follower, I can’t contain my excitement! It turns out that the First World in One Piece is approximately 3000 years old, which is simply mind-blowing when it comes to understanding the series’ history. Before this groundbreaking revelation, many of us had believed that the First World was around 1600 years old. However, thanks to Oda’s latest chapter of One Piece, we now have an official timeline to work with!
To date, not much has been disclosed about the contents of the facility. However, Franky is eager to investigate, implying that as One Piece progresses through the Elbaf arc, we can expect to uncover additional details. For now, it’s speculated that there might be technology connected to the Motherflame from the First World within. The lore being unfolded in Elbaf has been immense, and given how much more information is expected by the end of this arc, the upcoming revelations promise to make things even more thrilling.
The Death Of The First Sun God
- The First Sun God Died When There Was War In The First World
- The First World
Fire consumed the earth, and people yielded to their passions, reaching towards the prohibited sun. Enslaved beings pleaded, and a deity embodying the sun emerged. An angered Earth God, accompanied by the serpent of scorching flames from the underworld, cast a pall over the world with death and darkness. Their reunion would never occur again.
In discussing the First World, attention naturally shifts towards the conflict that eventually erupted there. It’s well-known among enthusiasts that during this time, the planet was in turmoil due to the First World War. At this point, it seems unlikely that the Red Line existed. Similarly, Devil Fruits were not a reality at this time. However, humanity made remarkable strides, primarily through the discovery of the Motherflame on the planet. This flame was utilized, and whoever held power likely forced slaves to mine the raw materials for it. This situation led to widespread unrest, and eventually, these desperate slaves appealed to a divine entity for freedom. Somehow, the Sun God Nika appeared, and his arrival caused chaos. It’s believed that Nika rescued the slaves, freeing them from their oppressive conditions.
Concurrently, it’s plausible that the Earth Deity, whether a ruler or the planet itself, was enraged, leading to the emergence of what’s known as the Serpent of Hellfire, the Red Line. This cataclysmic event brought about the destruction of the world, implying the demise of the Sun God Nika in this realm. The world fell into silence, leaving no prospects for humanity until millennia later, marking the dawn of life once more during the Second World.
As I follow along with the ongoing Elbaf arc in One Piece, I eagerly anticipate uncovering a wealth of information about the First World and perhaps even glimpses into the Second World. The Sun God Nika storyline forms the heart of this arc, ensuring that it will unfold with even greater detail as we progress. Moreover, the Heaven Realm within Elbaf remains unexplored thus far, potentially concealing some of the grandest and most profound secrets our world holds. This tantalizing prospect makes the Elbaf arc more captivating than ever before, leaving fans on the edge of their seats as Oda delves deeper into the Final Saga.
