Despite not being widely anticipated, this character could potentially join the Straw Hats. As a Holy Knight and a formidable figure, she’s also known as a villain. However, One Piece chapter 1149 unveiled that she’s actually been manipulated by the Celestial Dragons and has been under their control.

Currently, she is being manipulated by Imu, acting contrary to her desires. She shares a deep bond with Brook, and there’s a possibility that she could join the Straw Hat crew. It isn’t implausible either that Gunko was once a princess who was kidnapped by the Holy Knights.

It’s very likely that Gunko could join the Straw Hat Pirates, but fans will need to follow her journey in Elbaf and see if she manages to make it there.
