So, the new Headwinds update for Arc Raiders only added one quest – it’s called ‘On the Map’ and it takes place around the Spaceport. Basically, you’re running errands for this trader named Lance, and he sends you to different spots all over the map. It’s pretty straightforward, just a bit of traveling!

The ‘On the Map’ quest in Arc Raiders is quite lengthy, often taking up over half the match, due to the large size of Spaceport and the numerous locations players need to explore. Fortunately, you don’t have to finish it all in one go. Here’s a complete guide to help you through the quest.

On the Map Quest in Arc Raiders

Once you start the quest, you’ll receive three Defibrillators to help teammates if you’re playing with a duo or trio. You don’t need to worry about bringing a full set of gear – a basic, free kit will work just fine. Just keep in mind that free kits don’t include Adrenaline Shots, which can be really helpful, especially given the size of this map.

When you start at the Spaceport, head to the Fuel Lines to begin your first objective. You’ll find several spots within this area where you can complete it. If you’re having trouble locating it, just go directly below where “Fuel Lines” is displayed on the map. Once you’re there, you’ll be able to triangulate your position, which finishes the first step.

Next, go to the Fuel Control building. Just to its left, you’ll see a tall electrical tower. Stand underneath the tower to receive your next instruction. Once you’ve confirmed your location, you can move on to the next spot.

The third spot is near the Container Storage, on the northeast side of the building. Look for the cactus patch – that’s what the objective tells you to find. When you get there, you’ll see a button you can interact with.

Head inside Container Storage. Look for the building straight ahead and ride the zipline to the top. Watch out for enemy players who might be waiting on the roof to attack. Once you’re up there, you’ll find your next instruction.

Once you’ve finished the triangulation, use the zipline to reach the main Container Storage area. Look for the container marked with a gear icon on your map and spray it. After that, you can safely exit the area using the nearby elevator and return to Esperanza.

If you have the Spaceport Container Storage Key, you can head up the stairs and use it to unlock a door containing valuable items.

Once the quest is done, you can then return to Lance to get the following rewards:

  • Sterilized Bandage x3
  • Surge Sheid Recharger x3
  • Tactical MK. 3 (Healing)
