Once Human: How To Complete Incendiary Blast Seasonal Challenges

As a seasoned adventurer in the captivating world of Once Human, I’ve faced my fair share of eldritch horrors and traversed the ruins of civilization. However, it wasn’t until I stumbled upon the elusive Incendiary Blast challenge that I truly felt like a master of fire!

In the vibrant world of Once Human, there’s no shortage of adventures to be had, whether you’re delving into the remnants of civilization or battling eldritch terrors in alternate realities. Alongside these primary quests, there are additional tasks you can accomplish for reasonable compensation. One such task includes executing Incendiary Blasts, although the game doesn’t provide clear instructions on how to do so.

Firebursts might appear as an advanced skill, but they’re surprisingly straightforward. Newcomers to the game of Once Human can even conquer Incendiary Blast levels with ease. If you’re feeling uncertain about how to proceed, here’s a brief guide to assist you.

What Is Incendiary Blast (& How To Do It)

Once Human: How To Complete Incendiary Blast Seasonal Challenges

In simpler terms, an Incendiary Blast refers to attacking targets by using items or weapons capable of causing immediate fire damage. At present, the most common example is a Molotov Cocktail. However, it’s worth noting that while promotional materials show a flamethrower in the game, it remains unclear if flames from this weapon will count towards Incendiary Blast challenges.

In the initial stage of “Once Human” Season 1, players encounter a task within the Treant challenge that requires them to destroy Tangled Vine using an Incendiary Blast. To accomplish this during the Treant boss fight, you should aim to kill one of the three roots in the boss arena with a Molotov Cocktail. However, the molotovs might not be enough to deliver the final blow directly. Therefore, it’s more effective to weaken the vine first using your primary weapon before throwing the molotov cocktails at it.

To finish the task at hand, you don’t necessarily need to defeat the boss itself. However, if you decide to engage in a battle with the boss on lower difficulty levels, we advise against using controllers because the rewards are often not worth the controller’s value. Instead, consider using other methods for these fights.

As a dedicated player, I wanted to share some insights with fellow enthusiasts: If you haven’t already figured it out, Treant is the formidable foe you’ll encounter at the Gaia Cliff Monolith. It’s all part of the journey when you embark on Once Human’s Murmurs in the Forest quest line!

Where To Get Molotov Cocktails

As an enthusiastic explorer, you’ll come across quite a few Molotov Cocktails hidden in various containers scattered throughout the vast open world. These makeshift incendiary devices are fairly common, so unless you’re frequently using them in combat, you’ll likely accumulate a good stash in your inventory over time.

After activating the Explosive Throwables meme hub, you’ll gain the ability to manufacture Enhanced Molotovs in your hideout. These firebombs deal slightly more damage than their standard counterparts, and you can create an unlimited number of them at a Synthesis Station as long as you have enough resources on hand.

As a gamer in the game ‘Once Human’, completing Seasonal Challenges earns me Mitsuko’s Marks, which I can spend at the seasonal shop for cool cosmetics and building pieces. By accumulating enough marks, I’ll hit a reward threshold on my current list of Seasonal Challenges. This is an excellent method to gather a significant amount of Starchrom in ‘Once Human’, so remember not to skip out on your seasonal challenges!
