Once Human: How To Get The Zeno-Purifier Deviation

As a seasoned gamer with countless hours spent exploring the mystical world of Once Human, I can’t help but sing praises for the enigmatic Deviations that inhabit this fantastical realm. Among these Deviations, few have piqued my interest as much as the elusive Zeno-Purifier. This Combat Deviation, with its sleek design and deadly Katana, has been a staple in my adventures, providing me with invaluable assistance in various combat situations.

In the game “Once Human,” Deviations serve as valuable allies to players. They aid in different aspects of gameplay, including expanding territories. Some Deviations, like Digby Boy, belong to the category of Territory Deviations and are particularly helpful for this task. On the other hand, Combat Deviations are equally useful, contributing to combat scenarios with their unique abilities.

In the game “Once Human,” there are numerous unique Combat Deviations that players can obtain, offering diverse abilities. While some players might prefer sticking with the common Butterfly’s Emissary, others may seek rarer options such as Mr. Wish. Among these, the Zeno-Purifier Deviation is an early acquisition that suits many players well. Here’s how to obtain it in “Once Human.”

How To Get The Zeno-Purifier Deviation

Of Mist and Mirage Seasonal Goal Challenge

The first and most surefire way for players to acquire the Zeno-Purifier Deviation is by completing one of the challenges in the “Of Mist and Mirage” seasonal phase. This challenge tasks players with defeating a total of 200 enemies with a melee weapon, which many players may have done passively without even realizing it. Once players have defeated 200 enemies with a melee weapon, they can claim both the Zeno-Purifier Deviation and 30 Mitsuko’s Mark by doing the following:

  • Press ESC and head to the “Manibus (Novice)” seasonal scenario.
  • Go to the Seasonal Goals tab and click on the “Of Mist and Mirage” seasonal phase.
  • Navigate to the Challenges tab.
  • Select “Claim” next to the “use a melee weapon to defeat 200 enemies” challenge.

To ensure getting the Zero Purifier version without Deviation Traits, players must first acquire the basic model. This model features a Skill Rating and Activity Rating of 1 in each category.

During the “Manibus (Novice)” period, you can’t get the “Of Mist and Mirage” seasonal phase to access the Zeno-Purifier Deviation. This means it won’t be an option for obtaining this item in upcoming seasons.

Stronghold Weapon Crates

Once Human: How To Get The Zeno-Purifier Deviation

Players have a less reliable method of obtaining the Zeno-Purifier Deviation by stumbling upon it in Weapon Crates. These crates can be discovered within Strongholds, regions that players can either clear to trigger Rift Anchor points or explore for valuable items. However, no definite location exists where a Weapon Crate holds the Zeno-Purifier Deviation as a certainty. Consequently, players must search through numerous Weapon Crates in order to boost their likelihood of encountering it.

In contrast to the past approach, I, as a dedicated player, can now acquire a more advanced version of the Zeno-Purifier. This enhanced edition comes with improved Skill and Activity Ratings, as well as Deviation Traits for added benefits.

After opening a Weapon Crate, players will have to wait before they can re-open it. This means that once a Stronghold has been cleared, players can go back and open the same Weapon Crates again.

How To Use The Zeno-Purifier Deviation In Once Human

The Zeno-Purifier is a Combat Deviation that players can take with them on their adventure to help them out in combat. To make use of the Zeno-Purifier, players will need to place it into an Isolation Securement Unit and then sync it to their Cradle. Once done, players can summon the Deviation by holding “E” and selecting one of two options: “Designated Target” or “Auto Attack.” Either will summon the Deviation, where it will teleport to unsuspecting targets and cut them down with its Katana.
