Now that the Egghead Arc is finished, Luffy and his crew are heading to Elbaph, the land of the giants! They’ll team up with the Giant Warrior Pirates and face huge challenges as they explore this amazing and dangerous place, filled with unbelievable sights and thrilling encounters.
The Elbaph Arc will premiere on April 5, 2026, and will be available to stream simultaneously on Crunchyroll in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, India, Southeast Asia, and Latin America.
This latest story arc is crucial for the development of both Luffy and Usopp, taking place in a land renowned for housing the world’s most powerful fighters. Anime fans can anticipate some incredible battles in the episodes to come.
Viewers waiting for the English dub of the series can expect the final episodes of the Egghead Arc to premiere in March 2026. Episodes 1144 through 1155 will be available on the streaming service starting March 24, 2026.
Elbaph Arc Is Going To Be Huge For One Piece
After narrowly escaping a devastating defeat (and experiencing some heartbreaking losses) in the thrilling finale of the Egghead Arc, Luffy and his crew are now heading to Elbaph. This island is known for having the tallest mountains in the New World and is governed by the Warland Kingdom, a nation of giants who are constantly battling each other.
Introduced during the Little Garden Arc, Elbaph is a destination fans have been waiting for, and it will truly push the limits of Luffy and his crew’s teamwork. This land is full of dangerous creatures and strange buildings that look like they’re built from LEGOs, hiding many secrets and featuring a cast of characters that are difficult to bring to life through animation. However, Toei Animation remains committed to delivering top-notch quality with each new episode, no matter the challenge.
As a huge fan, I was a little worried when production on the anime paused, but honestly, it makes total sense! The current story arc in the manga is intense – things are really escalating, and it’s complex. It seemed like the anime was starting to struggle keeping up while still doing the source material justice. This three-month break is exactly what Toei needed to regroup, refocus, and come back with an even stronger, more faithful adaptation. I’m confident they’ll nail it!
Toei is also consistently releasing new content for Digimon Beatbreak every week, starting in October 2025, but we’ll save that for another discussion. Good news for One Piece fans: Luffy’s adventures continue as he searches for the greatest treasure on the seas.
