New Blood Interactive is bringing four of its games, including the critically acclaimed first-person shooter Dusk, to Xbox Series X/S and ROG Ally. Dusk, considered one of the best shooters of the 2010s, will now be available for Xbox players.
New Blood Interactive, established in 2014, specializes in publishing horror and shooter games. They’ve become known for successful titles like *Dusk*, released in 2018, and *Amid Evil* in 2019, among others.
New Blood Interactive has announced that four of their popular titles – *Dusk*, *Amid Evil*, *Blood West*, and *Faith: The Unholy Trinity* – are coming to Xbox Series X/S and the ROG Ally handheld console in the near future. While all four games have received generally positive feedback, *Dusk* really stands out. With an impressive average critic score of 89 on OpenCritic, it’s widely considered one of the best first-person shooters of the last ten years, thanks to its quick action and smart level design that’s reminiscent of classic *Doom*. *Dusk* has become a major force in the revival of fast-paced, old-school shooters.

If you enjoy first-person shooters, you might also like *Amid Evil* and *Blood West*. *Amid Evil* is a fast-paced, dark fantasy shooter reminiscent of classic games like *Heretic* and *Hexen*, while *Blood West* blends horror, Western themes, and stealth gameplay. *Faith: The Unholy Trinity*, a popular story-driven horror adventure, puts you in the role of a young priest battling demons and cultists. All of these games will run at up to 120 frames per second on Xbox, are optimized for handheld devices, and feature ray tracing for enhanced visuals.
This is a significant change for New Blood Interactive. While their games are typically available on PC, with some also on Nintendo Switch or PlayStation, *Rise of the Triad: Ludicrous Edition* was the only one previously released on Xbox. *Dusk* isn’t new to consoles, however; it came to Nintendo Switch in 2021 and PlayStation 4 in 2023.
New Blood Interactive says these announced games are only the beginning of what they plan to release on Xbox. While they’ve showcased some of their best titles, there are still more games they could bring to Microsoft’s platform. Popular choices like *Ultrakill* and *Gloomwood*, for instance, would likely appeal to FPS fans looking for fresh experiences.
