Despite starting a sequel trilogy and producing multiple shows for Disney+, these offerings barely scratch the surface compared to what was previously established or anticipated as its replacement. Recently, however, Lucasfilm appears to be more focused on expanding the universe with additional lore-rich projects. Although fans are aware of the upcoming Star Wars films and series in 2025, there seems to be even more intriguing developments in the pipeline.
