This article contains spoilers from One Piece’s Elbaf Arc.
The Yonko are among the strongest pirate groups in the world of One Piece. Because they operate in the dangerous New World, it’s natural that they include many pirates with incredible Haki abilities. In fact, the Yonko crews are known for having some of the most powerful Haki users in the entire series, making them truly formidable.
I’ve noticed that even though we haven’t seen everything the Haki users within the Yonko crews are capable of, they’re still some of the strongest Haki users in the whole story. It’s pretty amazing when you think about it – they’re performing at such a high level even with hidden potential.
Marco
The First Division Commander Of The Whitebeard Pirates
Marco is a formidable pirate and a former key leader in Whitebeard’s crew, even briefly acting as its captain. He possesses an incredibly strong Devil Fruit ability, but is also skilled in Haki. Specifically, he can use both Observation and Armament Haki. During the Paramount War, he demonstrated his mastery of these abilities by successfully defending against and blocking all of Akainu’s attacks.
Marco even landed a Haki-infused attack on the Admiral, though the Admiral was able to withstand it. During the battle on Onigashima, Marco single-handedly held off two of Kaido’s top commanders, protecting himself with strong Haki.
Ben Beckman
The First Mate Of The Red Hair Pirates
Ben Beckman is Shanks’s most trusted and powerful subordinate. He’s mastered both Observation and Armament Haki, and there’s speculation he might also possess the rare Supreme King Haki, though this hasn’t been confirmed yet.
Based on information from volume 4 billion of the One Piece manga, created by Eiichiro Oda, Beckman possesses Haki comparable to an Admiral, and possibly even stronger.
Kuzan
The 10th Ship Captain Of Blackbeard
Kuzan is a remarkably powerful pirate in the world of One Piece, currently serving as the 10th Captain of Blackbeard’s ship. He developed incredibly strong Haki through training with Garp during his time in the Navy, allowing him to withstand Garp’s attacks and achieve victory.
Blackbeard
One Of The Four Emperors of the Sea
Blackbeard has demonstrated proficiency in both Armament and Observation Haki. While many believe he also possesses Conqueror’s Haki, this hasn’t been officially confirmed. Given his status as a fearsome pirate in the New World, Blackbeard’s Haki is incredibly powerful. However, the full scope of his abilities remains unknown, making it difficult to gauge his true strength.
Zoro
The Right Arm Of Luffy
Zoro is the primary fighter of the Straw Hat Pirates and is incredibly skilled with Haki. He’s mastered all three types of Haki, and can even briefly access the powerful Conqueror’s Haki, largely due to his sword, Enma.
With this power, Zorro managed to scar Kaido, and at the same time, take down King.
Big Mom
One Of The Yonko
Big Mom, a former Emperor of the Sea, was incredibly powerful, especially when it came to Haki. She was a master of Advanced Conqueror’s Haki, demonstrating it at God Valley and during the Wano arc, where she defeated Page One with a single strike. Her Haki was also strong enough to defend against the attacks of powerful pirates like Kid and Law.
Kaido
The World’s Strongest Creature
Kaido, once known as the Emperor of the Sea, is incredibly powerful, especially with his mastery of Haki. He frequently demonstrated his exceptional Supreme King Haki during the Wano arc, both in his battles with Luffy and against the members of the Worst Generation.
Kaido can easily imbue his attacks with Conqueror’s Haki, often defeating opponents with just one hit.
Monkey D. Luffy
The Captain Of The Straw Hats
Luffy has become incredibly strong with Haki since the time skip. He’s developed all three types – Observation, Armament, and Supreme King Haki – and even learned advanced techniques for Armament and Supreme King Haki during the Wano arc. Now, he’s so skilled with Haki that he can defeat powerful opponents like the Admirals.
Whitebeard
A Pirate On Par With Roger
Wow, Whitebeard was absolutely legendary! Before the big battle at Marineford, everyone considered him the strongest man alive, and for good reason. He was an unbelievably powerful Haki user, especially back in his prime. As one of the Yonko, he was known for his incredible Haki abilities – seriously, he could go toe-to-toe with Gol D. Roger and actually split the sky with their clashes! It was an amazing sight to imagine.
While Whitebeard’s Haki wasn’t as strong as Roger’s – likely because he relied on a Devil Fruit and never beat Roger in battle – he was still incredibly powerful. He mastered all three types of Haki, and his Conqueror’s Haki was particularly advanced, making him a formidable opponent.
Shanks
The Strongest Haki User Alive
Shanks is widely considered the most skilled Haki user among the Four Emperors in One Piece. Since Haki is his primary means of fighting, he’s incredibly proficient with it. His Haki has even been compared to that of the legendary Joy Boy, highlighting just how powerful he is. Furthermore, Shanks demonstrates unique applications of Supreme King Haki that no one else in the series has shown.
