This article contains some spoilers for the One Piece series.
One Piece generally steers clear of heavy romantic involvement, a point emphasized repeatedly by its creator Eiichiro Oda, notably in his decision to avoid romantic relationships among the Straw Hat pirates. Despite this, there are undeniably some well-developed romantic pairings within the series’ established lore.
Despite not emphasizing romance extensively in “One Piece”, author Eiichiro Oda has penned several moving romantic stories and heartbreaking tragedies, thereby solidifying some of the most remarkable couples in the realm of anime and manga.
Aladin and Charlotte Praline
Children: None

In a charming twist within the world of “One Piece,” we find the pairing of Aladin, now leading the Sun Pirates, and Charlotte Praline, who is one of Big Mom’s daughters.
Originally, the Sun Pirates were in an alliance with the Big Mom Pirates, collaborating together. But when a split occurred, Praline sided with Aladin and the Sun Pirates instead of her own mother. Initially, their union was a strategic move for her mother, but ever since then, Praline has remained loyal to Aladin through thick and thin.
Harald and Ida
Children: Hajrudin

As an avid One Piece fan, let me share some exciting news about one of the latest couples that Oda has introduced – King Harald of Elbaf and Ida! Their love story unfolded quite recently in the narrative, and it was evident that they fell for each other quite quickly. Their union resulted in the birth of their son, Hajrudin. However, fate played a cruel hand as Harald, being the King, was obligated to marry Estrid instead, due to political reasons. Regrettably, their relationship lacked the warmth and love that he shared with Ida, despite having another child together.
Baby 5 and Don Sai
Children: None

In the world of “One Piece,” an unusual pairing emerged when Baby 5, once part of Doflamingo’s crew, found herself married. Growing up without much love, Baby 5 was often open and accommodating towards others. This is how she ended up getting married.
Initially, during their encounter in Dressrosa, she misunderstood Don Sai’s words as romantic advances. However, surprisingly, by the end of the arc, they found themselves together despite this initial miscommunication.
Gol D. Roger and Portgas D. Rouge
Children: Portgas D. Ace

For quite some time, spanning up until Marineford, it was unknown to the fans of the One Piece world that the Pirate King, Gol D. Roger, actually had a spouse and offspring.
In later years, Roger formed a connection with Rouge, just prior to his execution. The nature of their relationship isn’t clearly defined, as recent developments suggest that Roger harbored feelings for Shakky. However, he held great affection for Rouge and had already chosen names for the children they were to have together. Tragically, Rouge passed away shortly after giving birth to Ace.
Capone Bege and Charlotte Chiffon
Children: Capone Pez

There’s no doubt about it – the beloved pair from One Piece is Capone Bege and Charlotte Chiffon. While fans have followed Bege since Sabaody Archipelago, their relationship with Chiffon truly unfolded during Whole Cake Island, as he became a more central figure in the storyline. Together, they share a child named Pez, and their bond is strong, filled with mutual love and deep affection for one another.
Shakky and Rayleigh
Children: Unknown
Shakky and Rayleigh exhibit an unusual relationship dynamic compared to most couples in “One Piece.” While there was speculation about their marital status, the creator Oda has hinted on numerous occasions that they are indeed a couple. A recent revelation suggests that Shakky turned down Roger’s advances and opted for Rayleigh instead. There is no information available regarding any offspring they may have, but it’s conceivable. It’s surprising to note that Rayleigh appears to maintain relationships with other women despite being married to Shakky, and interestingly enough, Shakky seems completely fine with this arrangement.
Scopper Gaban and Ripley
Children: Colon

A freshly unveiled couple from the world of One Piece includes Scopper Gaban and his wife, Ripley. During the Elbaf storyline, viewers were introduced to another part of the Roger Pirates – none other than Gaban himself. Fans soon realized that this character is wedded to a giantess named Ripley, and they share a son called Colon.
Fans were taken aback by this unexpected turn of events, given that such relationships between humans and giants appear to be quite uncommon.
