Many fans think Shanks’ older brother, St. Figarland Shamrock – who is now the leader of the Gods’ Knights – possesses a similar powerful ability. While this is mostly based on theories, it seems likely given what we’ve seen of Shamrock. He also wields a sword enhanced with a Devil Fruit, potentially at an advanced, ‘awakened’ level, and benefits from the natural invulnerability of the Gods’ Knights.

I always understood why people considered Loki so frightening, and the recent events in the Elbaf arc really showed me why. We learned through flashbacks that Loki wasn’t just a powerful fighter, but someone with a unique ability – Conqueror’s Haki. Not only did he awaken it during his first real fight, but he immediately mastered an advanced form of it, something that’s never been seen before in anyone else. It was truly remarkable.

Loki is incredibly powerful, combining expert Conqueror’s Haki with the abilities of his unique Nidhogg Devil Fruit, making him one of the strongest characters in the series. Many believe he’s currently stronger than Luffy, and he’s being developed as Luffy’s ultimate rival and equal by the story’s end.

Monkey D. Dragon Must Have Some Of The Greatest Strength

Similar to the situation with Shamrock, Dragon’s high ranking is currently based on assumptions. However, the story strongly suggests he’s one of the most powerful characters in the series. We first saw hints of this in Loguetown, where he appeared with a massive storm, leading many to believe his Devil Fruit power lets him control the weather and create storms.

Although not yet shown, Dragon is expected to have incredibly powerful Haki, likely among the strongest in the series. This is due to his lineage – his father is Garp and his son is Luffy, both renowned for their exceptional Haki abilities. Once his full power is unleashed, Dragon is predicted to be a truly world-altering force.
