One Piece: Every Straw Hat’s Strongest Ability, Ranked

The Straw Hat Pirates are one of the most powerful pirate groups in the world of One Piece, holding a position as one of the Four Emperors. Captained by Monkey D. Luffy, they’ve become strong enough to defeat major rivals like the Beast Pirates, as seen in the Wano Country arc. Over time, the Straw Hats have greatly improved their skills, developing a wide range of powerful and dangerous abilities. While every member is strong, some stand out as particularly formidable.

Usopp’s Black Kabuto

Usopp has grown into a remarkably strong fighter for the Straw Hat crew, now boasting a bounty of 500 million berries. While he has many weapons at his disposal, his Black Kabuto is his most powerful asset. This weapon has drastically improved his sniping skills, allowing him to accurately hit targets from incredible distances.

The Black Kabuto sniper rifle greatly enhances Usopp’s abilities, and combined with weapons like Pop Green and his mastery of Observation Haki, he transforms into a formidable and dangerous opponent.

Brook’s Chill Of The Underworld

Brook has the ability to return from death thanks to the Yomi Yomi no Mi, and he significantly improved this power during the two years of training. He now possesses a special ability called the Chill of the Underworld, which allows him to completely freeze his opponents.

Chill of the Underworld is a power wielded through Zoro’s cane sword, and it’s become increasingly potent throughout the story. Though not the most flashy Straw Hat ability, it’s definitely among the strongest.

Chopper’s Monster Point

Chopper discovered his Monster Point ability before joining Luffy’s crew, but first used it during the Enies Lobby arc. During the two-year timeskip, he learned to control this powerful form. Later, in Wano, he developed a special Rumble Ball that lets him stay in Monster Point for up to 30 minutes. Even now, Monster Point remains one of Chopper’s most powerful and impressive abilities.

Nami’s Zeus Climatact

Nami has been using her Climatact for a long time in One Piece, but it recently became much more powerful during the Wano arc. A piece of Zeus actually merged with the Climatact, giving Nami the ability to control Zeus’s power whenever she needs it, making her attacks far more dangerous.

Nami can unleash powerful lightning strikes and control the rain on a much larger scale, making her abilities truly remarkable.

Robin’s Demonio Fleur

During the Wano Country Arc, Nico Robin significantly enhanced her Devil Fruit powers, unlocking the ability called Demonio Fleur. This new power allowed her to easily defeat Black Maria, a formidable pirate with a bounty of 480 million berries and an Ancient Zoan Devil Fruit, with a single, decisive attack. Demonio Fleur made Robin strong enough to overcome even such a powerful opponent.

Franky’s Super Vega Cola

Throughout the One Piece series, Franky has gained several power-ups, but the most remarkable is undoubtedly Super Vega Cola. This special drink was created by Vegapunk using their ODC technology, which converts heat into a unique cola, and then given to Franky during the Elbaph arc.

After drinking this cola, Franky became incredibly powerful – strong enough to defeat one of Saint Killingham’s massive MMA fighters all by himself. He was already capable of beating Sasaki, but now he’s reached a new level and could potentially compete with the strongest commanders, known as the Yonko.

Jinbe’s Fishman Karate Secret Arts

Jinbe is a remarkably strong member of the Straw Hat Pirates, and his power is well-known. Throughout the world of One Piece, he’s earned a great deal of respect thanks to his strength and impressive size.

Jinbe is an incredibly skilled fighter, completely mastering Fish-Man Karate. He’s also learned advanced techniques from both Fish-Man Karate and Merman Jujutsu, and continues to improve these skills even now.

Sanji’s Ifrit Jambe

Sanji is a powerful member of the Straw Hat Pirates who is constantly growing stronger throughout the series. Currently, his most powerful technique is Ifrit Jambe, which he developed during the Wano Country Arc by combining his unique genetic enhancements with his mastery of Haki.

Sanji’s Ifrit Jambe technique has gotten consistently stronger, and he can now use it effortlessly whenever he needs to. He’s even demonstrated its power by quickly defeating and severing Saint Killingham.

Zoro’s King Of Hell Three-Sword Style

Like Sanji, Zoro is a key member of the crew aiming to become Pirate King, and he’s incredibly powerful. His most devastating technique is the King of Hell Three-Sword Style, which he mastered during the Wano Country arc. This style allows him to fully utilize the power of his sword, Enma, even letting it draw on his own Haki to maximize its strength.

Zoro’s incredible strength allowed him to overcome King and seriously injure Rob Lucci. However, his Three Sword Style still has room for growth. He hasn’t fully mastered the use of both Conqueror’s Haki and Advanced Armament Haki yet. As he gains better control over these abilities, he’s expected to become even more powerful, potentially reaching a level comparable to Mihawk and other top fighters.

Luffy’s Gear 5

Luffy, the captain of his crew, has several impressive abilities, but his most powerful is Gear 5. This form is unlocked by awakening his Devil Fruit, the Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Nika. He first awakened it during his battle with Kaido in the Wano Country Arc. Since then, Luffy has gained a tremendously strong form that very few pirates can match, proving his strength as one of the Four Emperors.

Gear 5 becomes incredibly powerful when used with advanced Armament and Conqueror’s Haki – strong enough to potentially defeat even a Yonko like Kaido. As the story progresses towards the Elbaf arc, Luffy continues to improve, reaching a point where he can match the abilities of someone like Red-Haired Shanks with ease.
