Secondly, it’s essential to recall that the Egghead Arc wasn’t an all-out war against the Navy or any specific individual.

These individuals might be the primary villains of this arc, with additional World Government agents potentially joining them. Unlike before, this time there will undoubtedly be a major confrontation, and Luffy is eager to fight, particularly if his adversary resembles Shanks.

Upcoming events will pose a significant and grave test for Luffy, surpassing even his battle against Kaido. This time, Luffy won’t be able to flee; instead, he must bring down the corrupt government officials. The target of this confrontation resembles Shanks, and Luffy’s victory over him will result in a new bounty for two key reasons.
