This memory reveals what appear to be the three most powerful figures in the World Government. Imu is clearly the strongest, and the next two most powerful seem to be Gunko, also known as God’s Blade, and Garling Figarland, a newly introduced member of the Gorosei. I remember seeing Gunko before she became a Holy Knight – back then, everyone called her ‘God’s Blade.’ It seems she’s incredibly important to Imu, acting as their right hand and staying close by. Considering that role, I’d guess she’s at least as powerful as one of the Yonko, maybe even stronger.

Figarland Garling Is A Powerful Threat
