Thus, while the smoke ring could potentially be a symptom of activation, creator Oda will need to confirm its status as the story progresses.

How Strong Is Saint Qilingam Of House Limosiv?

The Full Strength Remains To Be Seen

The full might of Saint Qilingam from House Limosiv remains unseen, but given the narrative so far, we can make some educated guesses. However, they are unlikely to be as powerful as the Five Elders, whose abilities have already been demonstrated.
