7 Monkey D. Garp
Age: 78 Years
Monkey D. Garp is one of the most cherished characters from the world of One Piece. He joined the Marines quite some time ago, before the present storyline, and has remained dedicated to their service. To put it into perspective, he could be considered the greatest Marine in history.
At the peak of his career, Garp squared off against formidable adversaries such as Gol D. Roger, Shiki, and Rocks D. Xebec. He was the solitary Marine who managed to corner Roger and nearly took his life. Unlike many others, Garp lacks a Devil Fruit, but his mastery of Haki is unparalleled. Even in his elderly years, he possessed the strength to level an entire town with a single blow. In addition, he held his own against Kuzan in their battle, despite being outmatched in numbers.
6 Sengoku
Age: 79 Years

In the world of Marines, Sengoku was the pioneer to master all three forms of Haki. Furthermore, he carries the Devil Fruit called Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Daibutsu, which gives him the ability to transform into a colossal golden Buddha. During this transformation, Sengoku assumes the shape of a massive golden statue capable of generating shockwaves from his hand palms. Even though he has relinquished his position, Sengoku remains a formidable fighter.
5 San Juan Wolf
Age: 99 Years
On the sixth floor of Impel Down, San Juan Wolf was kept captive. Had it not been for Blackbeard, this massive wolf-like creature would still be confined. Unfortunately, not much information is available about San Juan Wolf, except that he’s recognized as one of the most notorious criminals in history.
In the past, San Juan Wolf consumed the Deka Deka no Mi, a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit granting him the ability to enlarge his physique. The maximum size he can achieve is yet to be determined, but future events may reveal this detail. As of now, due to his enormous growth, San Juan Wolf can even stand on the ocean floor.
4 Five Elders
Age: Over 100 Years
In comparison to Imu, the Five Elders hold a position of almost equal power. Each one is unwaveringly dedicated to Imu and executes their commands without hesitation. Throughout much of the series, it remained uncertain whether the Five Elders possessed any fighting skills or if they were merely administrative figures.
In the storyline known as the Egghead arc, we learn that these characters are exceptionally skilled fighters, able to hold their own against someone as powerful as Luffy. Each of the Five Elders possesses a Yokai form that significantly boosts their power and endows them with unique talents. Moreover, they exhibit astonishingly fast healing rates, making it extremely difficult to eliminate them. To date, three of them have shown proficiency in using Conqueror’s Haki. Despite the lack of information on their specific ages, clues suggest that they have lived for over a century.
3 Morley
Age: 160 Years
Morley is in charge of the Western division of the Revolutionary Army. Prior to her involvement, Morley had been confined within Impel Down, but she successfully broke free thanks to her Oshi Oshi no Mi. This happened before Shiki’s time, although this detail was never disclosed to the public.
Standing towering above others, Morley boasts immense physical strength that makes defeating her foes seem effortless. Her Devil Fruit grants her the ability to manipulate terrain at will, which she uses tactically – either to deflect incoming attacks or to disorient her adversaries. During the Revolutionary Army’s assault on Marijoa, Morley proved instrumental in ensuring the mission’s triumph.
2 Dorry Brogy
Age: 160 Years
Dorry and Brogy formerly led the Giant Warrior Pirate crew. Regrettably, a disagreement caused them to relinquish their roles as captains. After several years had passed, they reconciled and made their way back to Elbaf.
In the world of One Piece, Dorry and Brogy are exceptionally strong, towering above many others in strength. Their formidable physique allows them to effortlessly engage in combat with monstrous foes. Moreover, they possess a formidable team attack called Hakoku Sovereignty, which they used to bring down Victoria Punk.
1 Zunesha
Age: Over 1000 Years
For more than a millennium, Zunesha has been the oldest recognized character in the One Piece series. In ancient times, it had a friendly relationship with Joy Boy, which may have made it a focus of the World Government’s attention. It is suggested that Zunesha’s current punishment – being forced to wander – stems from a past offense. Although the specifics are unknown, Zunesha’s punishment appears to be tied to its connection with Joy Boy.
Giant Elephant, Zunesha, doesn’t possess a Devil Fruit, yet it doesn’t require any supernatural abilities given its immense size. A single swing of its trunk can obliterate entire fleets. This colossal beast demolished Jack’s ship and plunged him into the ocean’s depths.
