Even mediocre opponents managed to inflict harm on Boo, suggesting his Haki might not have been up to the mark. Here’s hoping he has become stronger since then.

A Worst Generation Pirate

Apoo demonstrates a high proficiency with his Devil Fruit, Oto Oto no Mi. While fans recognize him as remarkably tough, his mastery of Haki is relatively ordinary. Admittedly, his application of Armament Haki leaves room for improvement; however, it’s worth noting that he withstood one of Zoro’s surprise attacks during the Onigashima arc, titled Death Lion’s Song.
