From my perspective, he lacked any trace of loyalty whatsoever. In the face of an attack by Blackbeard, rather than standing by his people, he chose self-preservation over allegiance. His actions suggest that this untrustworthy nature of his is here to stay, as even his setbacks seem to have little impact on his hypocritical behavior.
9. Vinsmoke Judge
The Abusive Father Who Needed His Son’s Help

In many instances, Judge’s actions can be traced back to his third son, Sanji. As a child, Sanji was often overlooked due to his weakness and kindness, receiving little to no support or intervention from Judge even when Sanji faced extreme cruelty at the hands of his other siblings.
Despite boasting about being far superior to Sanji earlier, he was left with no choice but to ask for help after being manipulated by Big Mom. Ironically, it was Sanji who ended up saving him. Faced with the necessity of confronting Sanji, he couldn’t do so without his Raid Suit and instead used his minions as buffers in an attempt to overpower Sanji – the very same Sanji he had proclaimed to be weaker than.

A character who holds noble principles, Big Mom is incredibly hypocritical, and this seems to define her entirely. It’s amusing that the major surprise in the storyline is linked to their hypocrisy, since the existence of Imu, the hidden world leader, goes against their belief that there should be no single, powerful ruler.

Their alleged supremacy isn’t earned through merit or strength, but rather through a mere matter of birthright. It’s ironic, really, how they rely on the Marines for protection while claiming to stand above them.
They too often show a false sense of superiority, regarding those not of their social class as unclean, all while being submerged in dishonesty and greed themselves. Their hypocrisy earns them significant contempt among the characters in One Piece, and their fall seems imminent.
