OpTic is getting ready to release this year’s version of The Process, a full-length documentary that follows OpTic Texas’s journey through the Call of Duty League and the Esports World Cup tournaments.
Fans have been eagerly anticipating this moment for a while now. It’s been over four months since OpTic Texas impressively won two Call of Duty League Championships in a row, and shortly after, they achieved major success at the Esports World Cup.

OpTic announced on social media that their project, “The Process,” will launch on November 11th. OpTic Roger added that creating the project was a huge undertaking.
I’m really grateful for everyone’s patience with this project. I’ve put a lot of work into this movie, and the extra time we took definitely helped improve it.

OpTic Texas made history in June by winning the Call of Duty League Championship in Canada, becoming the first team ever to win two world championships in a row. This victory was especially impressive considering the team had a very difficult season, including a record-breaking losing streak where they couldn’t win a single map in eighteen tries.
The team’s early performance was shockingly bad, leaving fans worried about their chances this season. However, a change in players proved to be the turning point, and OpTic Texas impressively fought their way through the competition at the Call of Duty Championship.
I spoke with OpTic Texas while they were in Kitchener for the Call of Duty League Championship. Shotzzy, a key player on the team, told me that winning the championship would make up for all the difficulties they’d faced throughout the year.
