In this suspenseful film, Darcy adds another layer of tension by carrying what seems to be a mannequin along with her.

During Darcy’s investigation, a wooden figure resembling a mannequin is often visible in the backdrop. Eventually, we learn what made her keep it with her at all times. After wrapping up her investigation, Darcy reveals that Ted was the one who hired someone. To avoid getting caught, he gravely injured Darcy and left her to be killed by his hired assassin. However, before she passed away, Darcy cast a spell on the mannequin, transforming it into a golem. This terrifying entity, named Monstro Elisasue, makes a brief but indelible appearance, leaving viewers reeling from what they’ve seen. What stands out most among its disturbing features is the head of the original Elizabeth grotesquely attached to its back, her face frozen in a silent, perpetual scream. Although the movie presents numerous haunting visuals later on, none compare to the sheer terror of Monstro Elisasue’s shocking introduction, an image that will linger in viewers’ memories even after the film ends.

Alien” is often considered one of the best installments in the sci-fi horror series since “Aliens“. What truly sets this movie apart is the well-executed portrayal of the facehuggers, making them nearly as frightening as the xenomorphs by the end.

In the movie, one thrilling moment for me as a viewer is when our team is relentlessly chased by a dozen alien creatures known as facehuggers. The fear is intensified by the sounds of scurrying limbs, whipping tails, and piercing shrieks. And whenever they found a victim, the suspense in this science fiction horror story would reach new heights.
