Our Path of Exile 2 Class Tier List in Early Access

As a seasoned Path of Exile 2 veteran who’s traversed the dark continent of Wraeclast more times than I can count, I must say that the variety and depth of classes in this game are simply astounding! After countless hours spent with each class, I’ve come up with my own tier list for Early Access.

First off, let me tell you about the S-Tier classes. The Mercenary is a beast! With its versatile crossbow and explosive grenades, it can down most bosses in no time. The Witch and Monk are also top-notch with their powerful summons and creative abilities, respectively.

Next up, we have the A-Tier classes. The Ranger is a solo-able powerhouse, as long as you’ve got the right gear. And while the Sorceress might need a little help from her friends in the global chat to take down some of the tougher bosses, she’s still a formidable force to be reckoned with.

Now, onto the B-Tier classes. The Warrior is a slow starter but has great potential against mobs and ranged bosses. It takes patience, but if you can stick with it, you’ll have a powerful tank on your hands – especially when paired up with a Sorceress or Ranger.

And finally, the joke: I once tried to solo the entire game as a Templar… let’s just say it didn’t end well. But hey, at least I had a good story to tell my friends!

As a fellow gaming enthusiast diving into Path of Exile 2, I’ve got some exciting news! Twelve unique character classes are set to grace this game, with six already available and another six on their way. This expansion will also bring about 36 distinct ascendancies, promising an epic journey filled with endless gaming hours. For the moment, you’ll be restricted to a few starting characters, but trust me, they sure know how to deliver a thrilling experience – at least that’s what I think!

Path of Exile 2’s Best Classes Ranked (This is Totally Our Opinion!)

S-Tier Classes

In Path of Exile 2, the newcomer is the Mercenary, and after completing the entire campaign using this character, I can vouch for its potency. You’ll find that you can transform your crossbow into a close-range shotgun, and hurl grenades indiscriminately. This versatile, powerful class is more than capable of defeating most game bosses.

Subsequently, we encounter a character known as the Witch, renowned for her potent summoning spells, and the Monk, who boasts inventive talents and swift, powerful martial arts that can swiftly dispatch many foes.

A-Tier Classes

With a Ranger character, you can conquer all of Path of Exile 2 as long as you’ve got the right gear, and a potent bow will certainly aid your journey. The Sorceress, on the other hand, can excel if you construct her properly and occasionally accept assistance in overcoming some tough game bosses, which can be requested via global chat, making them both top-tier choices.

B-Tier Classes

Based on personal play, the Warrior character can be extremely effective against large groups of enemies and ranged bosses, but it takes time to get started. If you’re willing to persevere with the raw strength of a club-using beast, you’ll uncover a powerful class that can withstand foes, particularly shining when part of a team like a Sorceress or Ranger.
