Overwatch even surpassed popular rivals like Battlefield 6 and Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 on Steam – and that’s not even where most people play the game! Now, the same positive trend is happening on consoles and Battle.net, with player numbers increasing everywhere. While Blizzard hasn’t shared exact figures, achieving a record-breaking weekend before the new updates arrive is a significant accomplishment.
