Over the past four years, the game Halo Infinite has undergone significant changes as it serves as the official eSports title for the series. Initially, developer Halo Studios (formerly known as 343 Industries) provided seasonal support to the game, frequently introducing seasonal updates, balance adjustments, and content expansions that maintained the online play engaging and active. However, Halo Studios has now moved away from the seasonal update cycle towards Operation Passes organized in tiers. Yet, a recent summer update for Halo Infinite showcases their ongoing commitment to the game’s support, incorporating a new weapon and various cosmetic items within a newly released battle pass.
