Created by the same team behind Capcom’s “Resident Evil,” including director Shinji Mikami, “Dino Crisis” was launched in the late 90s for the original PlayStation console. The game puts players in the role of special operations agent Regina, who is sent to investigate a secluded island research facility overrun with dinosaurs. Known as one of the top horror games on 32-bit platforms, alongside titles like “Resident Evil 2,” “Alone In The Dark: The New Nightmare,” and “Silent Hill,” “Dino Crisis” is celebrated for its unique charm, humor, and survival horror gameplay. The original game was followed by two sequels and a spin-off shooter between 2000 and 2003.
