Toxel, an Electric and Poison-type Pokemon, has a maximum Combat Power (CP) of 821. This creature can be evolved into one of two forms: Toxtricity (Low Key Form) or Toxtricity (Amped Form), maintaining their shared Electric and Poison typing throughout the evolution process.
