The alpha test for World of Warcraft: Midnight has officially begun in Azeroth, starting on October 2nd. This is a closed public test, meaning not everyone can participate yet. Each week, the testing will concentrate on different areas and aspects of both the journey to max level and what players can do after reaching it, letting people experience the new expansion firsthand.
Pokemon Legends: Z-A will bring players back to Lumiose City, a location first seen in Pokemon X and Y. This new game is a step forward for the series, featuring battles that happen in real-time, much like in games such as Xenoblade Chronicles. Pokemon Legends: Z-A also reintroduces Mega Evolution as a key part of battling, and we’ve already seen new Mega Evolved versions of Pokemon like Dragonite. A Nintendo Switch 2 Edition of Pokemon Legends: Z-A will also be available, offering improved performance and graphics.
Initially, the maximum level in Pokemon GO was 40. Just over four years after the game’s release, the level cap increased to 50, and players needed to earn XP and complete challenging tasks to reach levels 41 through 50. This is being updated with a major Pokemon GO update arriving on October 15, which will significantly change how leveling works.
Once players finish the “Fault Hunting” Side Mission – available from Carcadia in Cascadia Burn – they can begin farming Genone. You can start this mission by finding a bounty posted on the wall in Carcadia, or by going directly to the Society for Amateur Seismology Enthusiasts in the Ruined Sumplands and speaking with Leopold to accept the quest. Completing the mission will unlock access to Genone’s facility.
Once players finish the Main Mission “Her Flaming Vision” as part of the Cascadia Burn questline, Callis the Ripper Queen becomes a boss you can repeatedly fight. To refight her, go to the Moon-Called Throne in Fallen Crown, Carcadia Burn, and start Moxxi’s Encore. This will let you farm Callis endlessly for her loot. You can find the Immortal Boneface in “The Old Scrape”, a Ripper Drill Site located within Cuspid Climb in the Terminus Range region of Kairos. The Old Scrape is situated in the southern part of Cuspid Climb, right where it connects to the Fadefields. Once you arrive, you’ll need to cross the drawbridge formed by the bones of a massive skeletal creature and head towards the back to reach the boss arena. To start the fight with the Immortal Boneface, you must eliminate the nearby Rippers to trigger its appearance, but be careful – this boss isn’t alone and comes with an ally.
