Okay, so for anyone who doesn’t know, Hytale is making a comeback! After Riot shut it down, Hypixel Studios picked it up, and it’s finally hitting early access tomorrow, January 13th, 2026. We’ve already gotten a sneak peek – we knew how much it’s gonna cost and saw about 16 minutes of gameplay. Plus, they’re planning to add proximity chat, which is awesome, and they’re even thinking about letting us use portals to play with others. I’m super hyped!

Ubisoft is making good progress on the next installment in the Division series. According to creative director Julian Gerighty, The Division 3 is looking incredibly promising and could be as groundbreaking as the original game. There’s also a possibility that Ubisoft will release new content for the first Division game in 2026.

Hytale will be available on PC with early access starting January 13th. Because they anticipate a large number of players—around a million on the first day—the developers at Hypixel Studios recommend downloading the game launcher beforehand.

To start any of these, you’ll need a Hobby Expansion Ticket. You earn these tickets by completing the game’s tutorials, leveling up as a developer, or just playing the game. Keep in mind that tickets are limited, so choose your hobbies carefully!

Hytale will be released for PC on January 13th. It won’t be available on Steam right away. The game’s development had some ups and downs – it was initially cancelled by Riot Games, but the original creators have since brought it back.

In 2026, the Tomb Raider franchise will celebrate its 30th anniversary. To mark the occasion, developer Crystal Dynamics is revisiting Lara Croft’s origins with Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis. Then, in 2027, they’ll release Catalyst, a game set later in Lara’s career when she’s a well-known adventurer with a network of allies and rivals. At a recent event, Crystal Dynamics Studio Head Scot Amos and Game Director Will Kerslak told Game Rant they’re particularly excited about Catalyst’s setting in North India, the chance to explore a more mature and established Lara Croft, and all the other surprises they have planned for fans.
