Overwatch 2 Stadium Mode’s Biggest Issue Sparks Player Outrage

Introduced simultaneously with the debut of Season 16 for Overwatch 2, the new mode called Stadium is now permanent. In this mode, two teams consisting of five players square off in a best-of-seven round matchup. Each Stadium battle may incorporate multiple well-known game modes, such as Clash, Control, and Push, albeit with slight modifications to accommodate the shorter rounds in Stadium. For instance, objectives in Clash and Control become easier and quicker to accomplish compared to standard Overwatch 2 matches, while in Push mode, players must guide the robot a much shorter distance. Familiar maps are still present but have been slightly altered for better compatibility with Stadium.
