The *Metroid* series, which began in 1986, is a cornerstone of Nintendo’s franchises. When the series moved to a first-person perspective with *Metroid Prime* – a game that helped create the “Metroidvania” genre – some longtime fans were unsure, but the *Prime* subseries proved very popular. The next installment, *Metroid Prime 4: Beyond*, was first revealed in 2017 and, after several years of development and a change in development studios, is now scheduled to release on December 4, 2025.

Fans of the *Naruto* series are eagerly anticipating the return of Naruto Uzumaki, the Seventh Hokage, in *Boruto*. He’s not just an incredibly powerful ninja, capable of defeating most opponents, but also a truly inspiring and iconic character. As one of the most influential figures in anime history, it’s no surprise fans are excited to see his legacy continue in *Boruto* and are hoping for his return.

Ghost of Yotei, the new game following Ghost of Tsushima, shares a lot of similarities with its predecessor – including a female lead pursuing masked samurai who have done her wrong. It’s a familiar story, but an interesting one. Now, it’s a matter of seeing which game tells it better.

One Piece is a massive series, but many fans are unaware of its creator’s background. Eiichiro Oda recently shared some personal details in an interview, explaining what inspired him to become a manga artist. Surprisingly, it all began with a little-known series called *The Monster Kid* – a title most people haven’t even heard of.
