Palworld Finally Launches for PS5 Consoles in Japan

Pocket Pair’s action-adventure title, Palworld, has finally been released for PS5s in Japan.

Last month, Pocket Pair Shadow unveiled its highly anticipated 2024 title for PS5 in 68 countries and regions worldwide, except for Japan. Some gamers presumed that legal action taken by Nintendo against the developers might have been responsible for the hold-up. Yet, the official Palworld Japan account on Twitter announced today that the game is now accessible across Japan for PS5 users.

On the same topic, the Palworld Japan team mentioned they’ll keep offering substantial and thrilling upgrades to the PS5 version to ensure an enhanced gaming experience for all players. They expressed regret over the game’s delayed launch but are eagerly anticipating continued backing from the community.
