Palworld Players Build Massive 243-Level Mega Tower

Players of the game Palworld recently built an amazing 243-level tower without using any modifications. They shared photos and videos of their creation online. One of the builders said the impressive project took about three months to finish.

I’ve been really getting into Palworld, and it’s way more than just shooting and catching monsters! You can actually build some incredible bases – I’ve seen people create these amazing spiral staircases and seriously strong fortresses. It’s cool how you can also send your Pals out to gather resources for you. Even though it’s still in early access and has a few bugs here and there, it’s been a huge hit on Steam – it currently has a ‘95% positive’ rating, which is awesome!

Palworld Players Showcase a Magnificent, 243-Level Tower

Players of Palworld often use mods to enhance the game, but one group achieved something remarkable without them. A user named Nana1733 shared photos on the Palworld subreddit of a massive, 243-level tower they built with their team. Inspired by the real-world Tokyo Skytree, one of the tallest structures ever built, the in-game tower is called the Tower of Skyward Light. It’s an extension of a previous structure the group created called Sky Stadium. The tower took around three months to build and required over 200,000 pieces, including temporary scaffolding that was later removed.

Players can explore parts of the Tower of Skyward Light by walking up ramps and stairs, or by climbing its stone pillars. Flying Pals, like Jetragon, also offer an easy way to reach the higher levels. The tower is located in the northern part of the Palworld map, near the icy region and the currently blocked world tree. According to Nana1733, the tower was constructed using common materials found in Palworld – glass, wood, and stone. The stone was also painted in different colors, including light gray and yellow.

Palworld Continues Preparing For Its Full 1.0 Release

Even though it’s been available in early access for over two years, Palworld is still being updated as the developers work towards the full 1.0 release planned for 2026. In December 2025, a major update called “Home Sweet Home” was released, featuring a collaboration with the game ULTRAKILL. This update added new weapons and armor inspired by ULTRAKILL, along with improvements to how players build and a complete overhaul of the building interface. Players now have more building options and can also use creations from the Steam Workshop. The exact date Palworld will officially leave early access in 2026 is still unknown, so fans will need to be patient while Pocketpair prepares for the launch.

As Palworld receives updates, players can discover and catch new Pals. Pocketpair has announced that at least six new Pals will be added with the 1.0 version of the game, and they may reveal even more as the launch date approaches. Beyond the game itself, Pocketpair is also releasing the Palworld Official Card Game on July 31, although the gameplay details haven’t been shared yet. With the 1.0 launch still to come, it will be interesting to see what players create in the meantime.
