Palworld x Terraria Crossover Wish List

As a seasoned veteran of the indie gaming world, I can hardly contain my excitement for the impending collaboration between Terraria and Palworld! With my decades of experience playing these games, I’ve seen countless crossovers, but none quite as intriguing as this one.

As a dedicated gamer, I can’t help but get excited about the upcoming crossover between Terraria and Palworld! Even though we’ve already had one collaboration, it looks like there’s more to come, which has me wondering what kind of content we might see from both games. With the diverse range of events they’ve delivered so far, I can only imagine the possibilities for Terraria and Palworld content!

The crossover between the games Terraria and Palworld was officially announced through the Palworld X account on November 27th. Notably, this marks Pocketpair’s initial venture into cross-game collaborations; however, such partnerships are nothing new for ReLogic. In fact, a collaboration with Dead Cells is currently underway for Terraria, and it appears to be quite extensive.

Terraria frequently incorporates content from various independent games, for instance, Don’t Starve Together, Stardew Valley, and Dungeon Defenders 2.

What The Terraria-Palworld Crossover Really Needs

There’s a general idea of how Terraria crossovers occur, but since Palworld is its first major collaboration and with a highly successful indie game like Terraria, unexpected elements could arise. Since ReLogic hasn’t officially announced the crossover yet, specific details are hard to come by; however, it seems likely that both games will get some fresh content when they eventually collaborate.

New Summons, Pets, And Even Vanity Sets Would Be Great For Terraria

In the upcoming update for the game Terraria, version 1.4.5, there will be significant changes for the Summoner class with the addition of several Whips and various Summons. Although this update already includes Dead Cells crossover content, it’s speculated that additional Palworld content may be included as well, especially themed summons to complement the potential additions. Notable Pals like Jetragon, Pengullet, and Grizzbolt are popular choices for inclusion due to their distinctive characteristics. The event could include new summoner items or transform some Pals into Pets. Given the popularity of Pals as gun-wielding sentry turrets in Palworld’s promotional materials, it’s possible that one of these creatures might serve as an effective Sentry too.

Additionally, it’s likely that Terraria crossovers often result in new cosmetic sets being introduced, and this trend may extend to Palworld as well. Some of the more humanoid Pals, such as Cattiva, might be transformed into costume options. Moreover, items like the Pal Sphere and the Paldeck could potentially function as useful accessories for summoners and offer additional cosmetic possibilities.

The Sky is The Limit For Palworld Content From Terraria

The fate of Palworld hangs in balance due to the ongoing lawsuit with Nintendo and the extensive content Pocketpair has in store. It’s challenging to predict how they might incorporate elements from Terraria, but based on past crossovers, we can expect iconic items like the Eye of Cthulhu and Night’s Edge to feature. Given that Palworld is often referred to as ‘Pokemon with guns,’ many fans eagerly anticipate the potential inclusion of the Minishark, a renowned weapon from Terraria, second only to its Megashark upgrade.

Additionally, it would be wonderful if the Terraria collaboration introduces some fresh companions. A Slime, with its distinctive green color, could certainly make an appearance (either in its well-known adversary form or the adorable Summoner version). It would also be exciting to see characters from other popular Terraria creatures.

This list might encompass entities like Soul Consumers, Fairies, Glowing Eyes, and so forth; it could even incorporate some unique summons from the game Terraria, such as the Twins summoned by the Optic Staff or Imp summoned by the Imp Staff. For a more daring approach, miniature versions of Terraria’s bosses could also be considered as potential companions.
