Plants vs Zombies Reloaded Has Been Rated in Brazil Sparking Remaster Discussions

Discussion about a potential remaster of the classic game “Plants vs. Zombies: Rebooted” has been ignited following its rating by the Brazilian rating board, hinting at possible developments in this direction.

The game titled “Plants vs Zombies Reloaded” has been given a rating suitable for all ages (L) on platforms such as PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S/X, PC, Nintendo Switch, and mobile devices.

Initially launched by PopCap Games in May 2009 and subsequently bought by EA in July 2011, the game titled “Plants vs Zombies” became a hit. However, despite numerous spin-offs, sequels, and its initial success, the community of “Plants vs Zombies” has voiced criticism towards the developers for failing to recreate the magic of the original game’s success.

However, at this stage, such an idea seems more like wishful thinking, or ‘hopium’. “Fortunately, you won’t need to turn to Electronic Arts (EA) because the fans have stepped up and continued the Plants vs. Zombies series on their own. They’ve created numerous excellent mods that extend both PvZ1 and PvZ2. We’re enjoying the game and not spending a penny on EA until they provide something truly worth investing in.”
