As a seasoned gamer with decades of experience under my belt, I can confidently say that this December update for PlayStation Plus is shaping up to be a real treat! The lineup of games is simply mouth-watering, especially the highly acclaimed “It Takes Two” and the long-awaited “Aliens: Dark Descent”. And let’s not forget about the PS5 exclusive, “Temtem”.
In December, Sony has revealed the games that PlayStation Plus members can access, with two standout titles heading the list. Leading the pack is It Takes Two, which was named Game of the Year in 2021 at The Game Awards. This collaborative multiplayer game will be playable on both PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 systems. For those who wish to engage in online multiplayer, a friend can join for free using Friend’s Pass.
In the year 2023, players on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 consoles can anticipate playing “Aliens: Dark Descent,” the latest real-time strategy game from Tindalos Interactive. Furthermore, the multiplayer creature-battling game “Temtem” will be a PlayStation 5 exclusive, available for download.
From December 3rd until January 6th, PlayStation Plus members can enjoy playing all three games.
Not only that, but I have some exciting news regarding a popular series. You might recognize the name from the title you saw earlier: Sly Cooper. Here’s what I’m sharing with you: Beginning December 10th, two installments of the Sly Cooper franchise will be accessible through the PlayStation Plus Premium Classics collection. Specifically, Sly 2: Band of Thieves and Sly 3: Honor Among Thieves will be included in this collection, along with Naughty Dog’s Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy.
Sony hints at revealing additional details about the PlayStation Plus Game Library and Premium offerings in the near future.
What Else to Expect with the December Update for PlayStation Plus
Apart from accessing free games, PlayStation Plus members can also look forward to trying out the trial version of Warhammer 40K Space Marine 2, commencing on December 3rd.
