PlayStation Releases Wrap-Up 2025 Recap

PlayStation has launched its 2025 Wrap-Up, a yearly feature that lets PS4 and PS5 players look back at their gaming activity. You can see stats like your favorite games, the hardest trophies you earned, and how much time you spent playing with friends. It’s a great way to remember all the big releases and smaller indie games you enjoyed this year!

2025 has been a fantastic year for gaming across all platforms – PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and PC. Even though it’s an older system, the PS4 remains incredibly popular, with major titles like Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 and Elden Ring Nightreign still being released for it. The PS5 has also seen some huge exclusive games this year. Highlights include Death Stranding 2: On the Beach, the latest project from Hideo Kojima after leaving Konami in 2015, and Ghost of Yotei, a highly anticipated sequel to Ghost of Tsushima set over 300 years later.

How to View PlayStation Wrap-Up 2025

PlayStation owners can now see a personalized recap of their gaming activity for 2025! From December 9th to January 8th, 2026, players on both PS4 and PS5 can access the “Wrap-Up” feature to view stats like their most-played games and genres, total playtime (single and multiplayer), and even a custom playlist based on their PlayStation Plus subscription. Whether you spent hundreds of hours in games like Death Stranding 2 or just a few in Astro Bot, the Wrap-Up also highlights your gaming achievements and shows which accessory – like the DualSense Edge controller, PlayStation Portal, or PlayStation VR2 – you used the most throughout the year.

If you’re excited to see your gaming highlights from the year, head to the PlayStation 2025 Wrap-Up website and sign in with your PlayStation Network account. The stats will keep updating until January 8th, so you can revisit it throughout the rest of the month if you continue playing. Once you complete the Wrap-Up, you’ll get a special glass avatar and a summary card to share with your friends and family.

Xbox gamers will probably get a year-end recap of their gaming activity soon, but Microsoft hasn’t released that feature yet. It’s been a notable year for Xbox, with several games previously only available on Xbox now appearing on PlayStation 5. Recently, Forza Horizon 5 and Microsoft Flight Simulator joined that list, and with Microsoft changing its approach, we can expect even more former Xbox exclusives to come to PS5 in 2026.

Even though the year is almost over, there are still some exciting gaming announcements on the way. This week, Geoff Keighley is hosting The Game Awards, where we’ll see new details on PS5 exclusives like Saros. Plus, we’ll get another look at Resident Evil Requiem before it comes out next year, and finally, a preview of what’s next for the legendary Tomb Raider series.
