As a dedicated Pokemon GO trainer with years of experience under my belt, I couldn’t be more thrilled about the upcoming Ultra Unlock Raid Day event featuring the debut of Mega Lucario! Having grown up with Lucario as one of my favorite Pokemon, it’s truly exciting to finally see this powerful creature make its appearance in the game.
With great excitement, it’s officially announced that Mega Lucario will make its debut during the upcoming Ultra Unlock Raid Days in Pokemon GO. In this popular game, there are various forms of Pokemon for players to capture. Among them is the Mega form, which introduces an exciting new element to trainers’ Pokemon GO experience.
As a dedicated Pokémon GO fan, I can tell you that unlike in the traditional Pokémon games where a Mega Stone is required for critters to evolve, in Pokémon GO, we need a specific Pokémon’s Mega Energy instead. In this mobile game version, Mega Evolutions temporarily grant our creatures an impressive CP boost. Once the Mega Evolution time elapses, however, the Pokémon enters a rest period. Several Mega Pokémon have graced us with their presence in Pokémon GO, including Mega Rayquaza, Mega Gengar, and Mega Alakazam. Now, we’re excited to welcome another mega form and one of the most beloved Pokémon characters among fans.
On July 21 from 11 am to 5 pm local time, Pokemon GO‘s Ultra Unlock Raid Day will introduce Mega Lucario. This highly anticipated addition to the game is confirmed by Pokemon GO. In this event, Mega Lucario raids will be more frequent, allowing trainers a better chance of capturing one, including a possible shiny version. The raid Lucario encounters will use the Fast Attack “Force Palm,” which has a power of 13 in trainer battles and 9 in Gyms and raids.
When Will Mega Lucario Debut in Pokemon GO?
- Saturday, July 27, 2024, from 11 am to 5 pm local time
During the Ultra Unlock: Mega Lucario Raid Day event in Pokemon GO, the odds of obtaining Rare Candy XL and earning 1.5 times the XP in raid battles will be heightened. Trainers spinning PokeStops can receive up to five free extra Raid Passes as a bonus. To mark Mega Lucario’s debut, the Remote Raid limit will be expanded to 20 from July 26, 5 pm to July 27, 8 pm PDT. Players can purchase a new ticket for $5.00 USD on the Pokemon Web Store, granting them additional perks including extra Raid Passes, the possibility of getting Rare Candy XL, and increased XP and Stardust acquisition during raids.
This July, one of the most anticipated moments for “Pokemon GO” enthusiasts is Mega Lucario’s first appearance in the game. On the other hand, Tandemaus and Maushold are set to make their debut in the current event, Ultra Unlock: Better Together, which begins this week. The following week will bring the long-awaited introduction of shiny Togedemaru during the Ultra Unlock: Strength of Steel event.
