The “Pokemon GO” Dragon Research Day Field Research consists of 14 assignments. Each assignment offers various Pokemon encounters as potential rewards. Additionally, you can earn rewards such as Shiny Skrelp, Shiny Horsea, Shiny Trapinch, and Shiny Swablu.
Although there is a chance of a Shiny encounter, it is not guaranteed.

You can partake in the Aspiring Dragons Research Day Timed Research quest for US $2.00/equal price on your local currency. The Timed Research starts from Step One, and then you can select one from the 4 different segments; Choose Horsea, Trapinch, Swablu, and Skrelp branch. The rewards include Pokemon GO items like Stardust and XP, and once you branch out, you can also get encounters with the respective Pokemon.
Once you’ve completed the first round of Time-Limited Research and claimed your rewards, feel free to move on to choosing the second highlighted Pokemon Time-Limited Research. The creatures you receive as rewards from this Time-Limited Research share the same Shiny chances as those from event-specific Field Research.
To receive your rewards for this Time-bound Research, make sure to finish all assigned tasks before the event concludes on Saturday, December 7, 2024, at 5 PM in your local time zone.
