Can Beldum be shiny?

Absolutely! In the world of Pokémon Go, it’s possible to find a shimmering Beldum. If you manage to catch one, you’ll be able to evolve it into Metang and then Metagross, both with a shiny appearance. During the Community Day Classic event, your chances of encountering a shiny Beldum are around 4%, or about 1 in 25 Pokémon encountered.

Trainers who develop Metang during the event or within two hours following it, will receive a Metagross with the Steel-type Charged Attack “Meteor Mash” as one of its moves.

In battle scenarios involving trainers, gyms, or raids, Meteor Mash packs a punch with an impressive strength of 100. This move is among the top Steel-type attacks in the game, offering a fine blend of energy expense, power, damage per second (DPS), and duration.
