The second part of the Pokémon GO Halloween event is now live! It began at 10:00 AM local time and runs until November 2nd at 8:00 PM. That gives you just under a week to find special costumed Pokémon, like Noibat with a headband and Teddiursa wearing a witch hat.

You’ll see some familiar costumed Pokémon appearing more often at the event. But the biggest news is the arrival of five brand-new costumed Pokémon: Teddiursa, Ursaring, Noibat, Noivern, and Ursaluna!

Pokemon GO Halloween Event Part 2 Spawns and Raids
Spooky Season
Currently, there’s a bonus that makes it easier to find Shiny costumed Pokémon in raids. Plus, on Halloween specifically, if you make a Nice Throw or better while catching a costumed Pokémon, it will drop a Rare Candy.

Mega Energy and Encounters
Here are all the field research tasks for Halloween 2025 Part 2 (and their rewards):
- Catch 10 Pokemon
- Reward: Halloween Pikachu, Halloween Costume Froakie, or Halloween Costume Rowlet encounter
- Evolve 3 Pokemon
- Reward: Witch Hat Teddiursa or Headband Noibat encounter
- Power up Pokemon 10 Times
- Reward: Gengar, Houndoom, Sableye, Banette, or Absol Mega Energy x25
- Win 3 Raids for an encounter with Spiritomb
To evolve your Teddiursa into Ursaring, you need 50 Candy. Then, to continue evolving Ursaring into Ursaluna, you’ll need another 100 Candy.
