As a dedicated Pokémon GO gamer in 2025, I’d share that back then, we were introduced to the initial version of the GO Pass in April. Just like its name suggests, it was all about a battle pass-style system offering goodies for finishing different challenges. Pokemon GO’s September 2025 GO Pass Introduces Unlimited-Use Incubator

As August 2025’s Pokemon GO Pass draws close to its end, Niantic has revealed its successor, set for release on September 2. One of its standout features is the Timed Incubator, a unique type of Incubator with limitless uses. However, regular Incubators will still be in use as the new item comes with an expiration date: it can only be used until October 14, no matter when it’s obtained. To access this feature, players must purchase the $7.99 GO Pass Deluxe and reach Rank 20.

As a dedicated Pokémon GO player, I’ve found out that if an egg doesn’t hatch before my Timed Incubator runs out, it gets moved to a regular single-use incubator to complete the hatching process. Even though the Timed Incubator has a limited lifespan, its ability to be used endlessly could be a massive advantage for players like me who love walking and hatching eggs, making it a compelling reason to grind that battle pass. Next month, Niantic is expected to bring back their fast-tracking progress method with the GO Pass Deluxe + 10 Ranks – a name that speaks for itself, indicating a special edition of the pass that grants an automatic 10-rank boost.

Just like some previous trials by Niantic, it’s not certain that the Timed Incubator will be a regular feature. Whether it continues or not may hinge on whether it effectively motivates players to participate in the battle pass. Apart from an updated version of the Incubator, the upcoming GO Pass offers a guaranteed encounter with Cobalion, which features a limited-time themed backdrop celebrating Pokemon GO’s Tales of Transformation season.

As a devoted fan, I’m thrilled to share that by September 2025, the GO Pass will introduce a reward system tiered at levels 25, 50, and 75. At these milestones, you’ll enjoy expanded gift-sending limits, enhanced Stardust, and XP gains from hatching eggs.
