In Strength of Steel, here’s a breakdown of every detail regarding Field and Timed Research quests, along with the Pokémon you may encounter during completion.

Togedemaru and Steelix make fantastic choices for the Great and Ultra Leagues. Similarly, Metagross, Beldum’s evolution, shines in the Master League. These Pokémon are particularly effective against opponents with Fairy, Ice, or Dragon types.

Finishing the Timed Research project will give you a reward of 10,000 Experience Points, one Magnetic Lure Module, and an opportunity to come across Pawniard.
Just like with Field Research, participating in PvP brings significant benefits. Moreover, the Metal Coats earned through this activity are essential for evolving Scyther into Scizor and Onix into Steelix.
In the ninth generation of Pokémon, Pawniard’s evolution, Bisharp, has the potential to evolve further into Kingambit. With new Paldean species being introduced frequently in Pokémon Go, it would be wise to hold onto a high-quality or shiny catch of Bisharp for when Kingambit is eventually released.
