In Pokemon Legends: Z-A, the primary method for getting Pokemon from the Mega Dimension DLC is through Hyperspace Wild Zones. However, each of these zones only contains a limited selection of three possible Pokemon, which can be disappointing for players trying to find a specific one.
Good news for Pokémon players! You can quickly refresh the Pokémon appearing in Hyperspace Wild Zones around Lumiose City. These special zones are different from the regular ones – they don’t stay the same and will change over time. This guide explains how to reset these zones, making it much faster to find the Pokémon you’re looking for. Here’s how it works.
How to Reroll Hyperspace Wild Zones in Pokemon Legends Z-A
In Pokémon Legends: Z-A’s Mega Dimension DLC, you can refresh Hyperspace Wild Zones by simply resting on a bench to change the time of day. Whenever it switches from day to night, or night to day, all active Hyperspace Wild Zones will reset and appear in different spots around Lumiose City.
Hyperspaces used for Side Missions and Main Missions remain consistent, regardless of the time of day.
Hyperspace Wild Zones each focus on a specific Pokemon type, determining which Pokemon you’ll find there. This type changes with the time of day. By checking these zones at different times, you can find rare Pokemon that are only available in the Mega Dimension DLC, such as and others.
If you’re trying to find a Mankey to evolve into Annihilape, repeatedly use a bench to pass the time. While you’re waiting, open your map and use the minus (-) button to show only Hyperspace Wild Zones. Check if a Fighting-type Zone with a Mankey has appeared. If not, keep going back to the bench and checking the map until one does.
A Hyperspace Wild Zone’s star rating determines which Pokemon can be found there. For example, Pokemon that only show up in 2-Star Hyperspaces won’t appear in 1-Star zones, even if you try refreshing them repeatedly.
